Homework Assignment to be prepared and submitted before the interview- Ask: 1. Create a detailed manufacturing process cost analysis and breakdown of a common 2oz (by volume) hand sanitizer bottle (empty bottle only, excluding the actual sanitizer liquid itself) 2. Create a detailed manufacturing process capacity analysis needed for 250K/day peak daily output, including an estimated cost of capacity. Suggestions: 1. Make logical and justifiable process assumptions of manufacturing the 2oz hand sanitizer bottle (bottle, cap, label). 2. Estimate costs and capacity needed for each step 3. Structure the total costs including the process costs and provide final cost estimate for the finished bottle. 4. Excel or Numbers or Keynote formats all work, suggest creating a dynamic model where assumptions can be edited real time. 5. Suggest spending no more than 4 hrs on this assignment
