Make sure personality meshes with fellow Cartans.
Tell us about a time you had to adjust your communication approach to suit a particular audience.
Initial round - - Basic qualification questions, current role (of the company I worked for earlier), experience and expertise, etc. Technical round - - Deep dive into the technical skills and day to day activities - Questions around how to deal with certain situations (technical and professional) - more on behavioral - Questions on the tools I used before for the role I assumed in the previous company Mock round - - 1 hour "test" run with live scenarios and questions. Explain in detail on how you came up with that solution... followed by a discussion with the entire team - Another technical interview with teammates, getting to know more about the day to day activities of the new role (this was great as I got to know a lot about how the team functions and what is expected of the role).
What do you do when multiple deadlines are coming up and you can't possibly meet them all?
Explain your troubleshooting style to me. Scenario question - you have a global network outage; a CEO who needs email help on his/her laptop; an all-hands video meeting that was scheduled to begin 15 minutes ago is currently down; and a team of users who have lost all of their mapped network drives. How do you prioritize these technical situations being thrown at you all at once, and explain your decision(s) why. Where do you see yourself in 3-5 years? Because, let's face it....no one stays at any employer for longer than 3-5 years.... What interested you in PEAK6?
Can you give me an example where you worked under pressure
