After the interview their was a so called personality test focusing on conflict resolution strategies and also a I had to present a communication plan for a project for which the description I got 1 week before the interview.
Most of the questions were about personality/ collaborative abilities, why I was looking to join the CG team, a few questions regarding difficult situations with customers or other work obstacles
