Scenario based on record keeping You have taken a call after 5pm from a local homeless support centre. One of our tenants has arrived there as they have had to flee their home as they are vulnerable and being targeted. You have spoken with serval agencies including the police, the local authority homeless department, the support centre, the tenant, and you have booked a hotel for the evening to keep then tenant safe until services are open in the morning. Can you please document the note that you would add to the system to reflect the work you have completed?
