The first day I had an interview with a person from HR and with the hiring manager. The second day (days later) I had an interview with the manager from the SI group. The third day (weeks later) I was interviewed by someone from the SI group and by someone from Public Investments (a group that the SI team supports). The fourth day (weeks later) I was interviewed by two more people from the team and by another person from Public Investments (the group that SI supports). So I went to the offices four times and was interviewed by eight different people.
What's your personal experience in sustainable finance?
I received questions related to my previous experience, motivation in term of working in multinational versus small company. We also talked about expectations and the profile of the person that are searching for.
