I loved the interview questions, they weren't standard "tell me about yourself" where you're able to memorize your script. Their questions really wanted to get to know you and your character and how it translates in the workplace. Topics they focused on during this interview consisted of critical thinking ability, communication style, resiliency, and process orientation.
Mostly questions about my background, skills in specific area(s) of recruiting, experience with an RPO, experience with working remotely.
