Non relevant questions about diversity and inclusion. The last interviewer asked 3 questions about d&i that were totally not relevant to the role. The other 3 interviewers asked about 3-4 situational questions each, it was like they were reading from a script and very awkward. It was not an experience that was comfortable or that id ever want to repeat.

It was definitely more conversational, but I was asked about experience that I had with specific tools and requisition types.

I had to write an essay: If you could employ one person for UBS except you, who would it be and why? which is what they asked me about in both interviews. The other questions were competency based and the HR one was more about the programme.
The questions were mostly technical. They also asked how I would handle a certain situation in a given scenario.
