Round 1: Basic screening questions (need for change, designation, Location, WFH, and basic role clarification) Round 2: Scenario based questions on the current role. Round 3: more information was provided on the role, culture, expectations and what needs to be achieved.
The interviewers were more interested in me and my experiences rather than set scripted questions. The interviews flowed naturally and the whole process was set at a perfect pace.
