Your summary and understanding of the role – based on all the conversations you’ve had with NI Specific process/approach you will follow to effectively find candidates for this role - Senior Field Applications Engineer - Automated Test this could be a role you have to hire for within your first week. I would describe the specific questions that you would ask the hiring team in order to determine the information that you need to be able to source and strategize a sourcing strategy Be creative on how exactly what you would do, but be specific
