I thought the interviews went very well, I did a good presentation and built excellent rapport with the interviewers (or so I thought). I then got completely ghosted having been told I would hear back in the next day. Much to my shock, as I had put a lot of work into the presentation and was in full time employment. This left me with an incredibly negative interview experience and perception of Scede. Having not heard from my main contact there a week later I chased one of the senior people who had interviewed me, asking for an update. It was only then that I received feedback, no real reason given why I didn't get an offer. I thought if this is how they handle feedback, I wonder how good their people are across the business handling feedback on behalf of the clients they work with. Not impressed!!!
