There were many behavorial and situational questions also combined with questions about myself. The interviewers were very intentional in their interviews; asking specific questions about me as a professional and a person, to better understand who I was and how I aligned with the business and the CAP’s overall goals and core values. I appreciated each interviewer and the value they added throughout the process. I learned something new about the CAP after every interview.
