They do ask if you are willing to pound the leads and keep your motivation up, they just very much minimalized how much work was involved. Base pay is low for the industry. I've been paid $800/week for starting a sales job, here it's less than $500 per week.
The people that I interviewed with didn't really ask questions. It seemed like the vetting process happened through resume review and through socials. The interviews were more a time to get to know me and for me to get to know them.
