I asked the questions. I wasn’t asked any besides why I wanted to work there.

What was a time you witnessed courage in the classroom?
The first interview: 1- How many years of experience do you have in the teaching field? 2-How do you handle a situation where the student is playing a game and doesn't stop it after you warned him about that game several times? 3-What are you going to do for a question asked by a student where you don't know the answer exactly?
If you had a student displaying (insert any negative or challenging behavior) how would you respond? How would you address the issue and ensure that instruction was able to continue uninterrupted for the rest of the students?
How will you teach the standards. How will you utilize the ELA block, math block. How will you handle disruptive students.
