What is the most challenging thing you've ever come across? and how did you handle it? They're really looking for someone who can either answer this question tactfully or at least have gone through some really difficult things. They're looking for people that can overcome a two year teaching program in a foreign country with minimal support. They're making sure you're up for it.
Why do you want to work with children?
What superhero would you be?
How would you handle this situation: everything that could go wrong in the morning, did go wrong. Car broke down, overslept, etc. How would that affect your teaching for the day?
The usual stuff like why did you apply, situational questions, safeguarding etc
They asked about why I was applying and what my background was? Why that specific demographic
