How would you train over 100 people?
Just asked my background of last two jobs.
Very basic related to the area you applied. Sometimes they can send you test tasks. For C++ it was inheritance, multi-threading, smart pointers, exceptions, etc. Very standard stuff.
Give one example of dealing with a difficult employee.
What gets you excited?
The most difficult question asked was "what is your greatest perceived weakness or what would you like to improve the most?".
Weather I thought it would be a big change going from growing one type of product to a completely different type of product
What is important to you in a position?
I was asked about process and methodology questions as well as situational. I was not surprised by their questions, but the situational exercises were interesting.
