STAR method questions. The third interview was more of a discussion about the job. Due to the unavailable position that I applied for, they asked me if I could possibly take another job. The final interview was another STAR method interview; however, I did not want the other ETL position they were offering so I declined.

They will ask you about your strengths and weaknesses
One question made absolutely no sense. Can you tell me about a time where you did expect to see the outcome but you saw something else and had to handle it differently than expected. I might have it a little wrong but at the time it made no sense.
