It was asked carreer experience and expectation on the first call. I applied for 1 position and the recruiter came to talk about another position. It was clear since the first contact what I was expecting. The interview with Hiring Manager was less than 30 minutes by Skype and he was not in a good mood. He didnt aske much details about carrer experience, he asked just an overview. He asked positive and negative feedback from former workers, what I value in a recruitment proces and what do you think are the values about Urban Sports Club.
