I am not sure how to answer this question. There was more than 1 thing the interviewers asked me. But generally speaking, I appreciated the probing into validating if I was a culture fit or not. Often times, company's that are growing sacrifice culture fit for technical / business need. Long-term this is a recipe for disaster and I value that Squarespace does not subscribe to the same philosophy.

I was asked to explain about my work experience by the VP of the company. This was followed by if I think I would be a right fit in Proval after working with MNCs much larger in size. These were the only 2 things that were discussed.
