First, they asked the standard "Tell us about yourself" question. Later, I was a little surprised that they asked the typical strengths vs. weaknesses, but they did. They inquired about past work experience and how I thought those experiences would help in this position. They wanted to know why I wanted the job.
How would you handle a difficult parent
How would you handle a child that is giving you the re-occurring behavior of giving you a hard time?
None of the questions were difficult. They were common sense questions, based on a mind for safe practices. For example, cleaning the restrooms is the first priority. You see broken glass on the parking lot. Should you finish this or that first...? The answer is that broken glass is a safety hazard, especially for excited youngsters, so clean up the glass first. Basic common sense things like that.
Questions were very general and senior care related. Nothing about the specific job content.
