They were asking general questions about your skills in animation, modeling. It was visible that they don't actually understand what they are talking about in terms of technology. because as i understand, they just started their project and have nothing yet, neither the tech plan, the models, the code. At least 4 people were asking me the same questions in the row, I was waiting for 5(!!!) hours for someone to just pay attention to me and give me feedback, because they were asking 1-2 questions and disappeared for 30-40 minutes all the time! Also after first round of interview they said that on the second one I will be talking to gamedev team about the project but it was just another test task. 3d model something and draw something (although I clearly said I don't have this skill in my cv and the job has nothing to do with drawing, apparently. 'please just do it it's a part of the process'.
