I was asked to show my work and talk about it, why I made certain decisions etc. They tried to get an idea of my technical skills and the process that I use. I got a couple of more critical questions about my work that looking back I did not have a very good answer to but being a junior role this apparently wasn't a deal breaker. From working there I know they can be a bit too nitpicky for more senior roles but they seemed to have relaxed a bit in that regard.

The questions are usually asked before you are invited to the audition. Very basic such as how long you have worked as an artist. I think it is very important to have a professional portfolio on Instagram and or website for them to see your work. I would also suggest including some photos that are not filtered.
