• Why do you want to work for Napoleon Perdis? • Do you have any prior experience in retail or makeup services? (If you do, 100% attach your Insta link/portfolio so they can view your work. Consistency is key. The more you have, the more likely they are to interview you) • how do you work under pressure? • what are your biggest strengths and weaknesses? - don’t be scared to say your weaknesses. Saying “i work too hard” will not cut it, they want honesty, and complete transparency. Saying your honest flaws will allow them to see you’re able to self criticise which is a huge thing in makeup. There’s never nothing you can improve on. Self reflection and criticism is key to getting any creative job. • have you done any prior training or qualification in this field? • When have you been in a difficult work situation and how did you resolve it? ( this can be anything from a physical issue - banking, etc, to personal issues - bullying, management, etc)
