It’s 11:00 AM IST, and you received an alert that a vital customer's production environment is down. Now it has been an hour since the issue got reported. You have updated the customer twice with something like - "We are looking (or still looking) into the issue and will revert to you in another 30 minutes". Now it is time to update the customer again. Both you and your engineering team have yet to make any headway, and the troubleshooting needs to take a clear direction. The customer is getting impatient due to the blackout. The customer is in Austin, and it's fast approaching midnight at that timezone. Assignment: How would you best handle the customer in this case? Send an email update out to the customer.
