Why have your positions only been 2-3 years in duration? My answer was that I had left previous positions for what I hoped would be better opportunities and in some cases I was recruited into new positions. Interview questions were categorized into different sections. For example, education, professional experience, as well as other sections that explored candidate's inclination towards open -source.
