Imagine you’re a TAM at Hightouch and 7-Eleven is your customer. Their head of Lifecycle Marketing purchased Customer Studio to create audiences without relying on their Data Engineers. It’s 6 months into their first year, they’ve successfully onboarded their MVP campaigns, and now you’re running a QBR. ○ Who would you invite to the session? No such question only competency based which was run of the milll stuff - the interviewer keeps getting messages on his phone as soon as someone is waiting to be interviewed after you. Felt like being herded all through a very busy building. Not happy
