What process do you use when working with internal departments?
The only "difficult" questions I encountered were behavioral questions about experiences I had which were relevant to the position I was interviewing for. I would say that anyone should be ready to answer these questions anyways :)
Every question they asked was about my technical knowledge and background, they were not interested in me as a person. Not one bit!

Lots of questions around working with others, and how I work without a bunch of overhead leadership. All of the interviews were great sessions and getting to know some really good people. I was not required to do any presentations or homework before any interview.
