One thing you have to do is essentially a mock call of a clieng intro and kind of the process of support they can expect. Tough not knowing the company but they set you up with the information needed to be successful

There were good situational questions. The problem is that the interviewer could barely speak English, she was hard to understand and because she was reading the questions from a file without understanding them, she could not rephrase the questions or discuss anything.. I'm actually embarrassed for the Denmark company.

There were good situational questions. The problem is that the interviewer could barely speak English, she was hard to understand and because she was reading the questions from a file without understanding them, she could not rephrase the questions or discuss anything.. I'm actually embarrassed for the Denmark company.
