The Behavioral interviews are mostly centered around you providing detailed examples of when you have exhibited Webflow's core values/behaviors, logistics questions such as your ideal working environment, and some general "get to know you" questions. These are very relaxed interviews considering how friendly they are. Technical questions in the screening interview were focused on different product areas (mostly inside the Designer) and general technical areas such as DNS setup.

Name a time you dealt with a difficult and angry customer. Name a time you had to overcome a challenge at work. Why do you want to work for conduent.
1.Do I have a quiet space to work from home. 2. What steps do I take to calm a customer down who is upset.
