Q: All question were customer success and customer technical support ; Example: something failed and a customer contacted you how would you respond to the customer and how would you exactly fix it? Now in this technical solution part, as technical support engineer you could try to solve most of scenarios but not 100% like software engineer. I personally felt the impression that they want 1 person to do everything.
