Do you want to be in the warehouse or on the road?
The job was described to me and it was a little different than the job title indicated. The delivery service wan't quite ramped up and during non-driving times, I would be bussing tables, cleaning floors and restocking.

Typical behavioral stuff, "tell me about a time when you..." etc. Lots of questions about classroom management. They train large groups of contact center staff, so the team looks for the ability to connect with people and handle difficult personalities with grace.
