Two technical questions, one on the advantages and disadvantages of storing water in open reservoirs and one on what is the innovation sweet spot, why is it important and the 3 key elements that make up the innovation trisector. Then 4 behaviour questions: a time when I used different communication styles to influence and persuade stakeholders with different perspectives, how I have worked under changes beyond my control, communicate a difficult decision and my approach to it and how do I motivate myself and manage my own time.
