There was sort of a skill test in the middle of the interview where he presented me with a scenario in which a bunch of different things were happening at the camp at once and he asked me in which order I would resolve the problems. Things like "one student needs his medication" and "a parent arrives early to pick up their child." Just use common sense and you'll be fine.
