The follow-up questions to Question #1 had a pattern that suggested there was a specific problem or dynamic that the interviewer was trying to get an answer to--almost like what was wanted was a consultation, not my experience. The stories matched the question, but there was an intent that they didn't match, and I couldn't get a read on what it was.
