Introduction round, Presentation round with a use case to be solved with Capillary Loyalty program. Only one person took the interview for all the rounds, each interview was about 1.5 hr, asked to put so much effort in learning capillary programs, making the presentation but at the end they went silent. The interviewer had a very negative attitude throughout the process, he critised every single thing. Overall a waste of time , not worth the effort to be put in. After all of this the HR went silent. No response on candidature
