It's all about Excel pivot tables. Really? And they are all loaded with CSV files that customers supply? That's the best technology they have? It's all about financials. Really? There's a real world that customers dial with and financials are just a very small part of it. It's all about executives. Really? I used to be one, but what they asked me doesn't match my experience. It's all about snapshots of the here and now (past 30 days, actually). Really? No trend tracking? No history?
"What role do you see yourself in at NetSuite?" - Had to review job listings that were somewhat vague regarding day-to-day duties of each open position and decide quickly if there was a role that matched your skills, experience and career goals.
US team was professional and asked questions one would expect, mostly around success stories or how I thought BI needed to be positioned. The India team pushed every conversation to technical skills, though the position was not a technical one.
Nothing, really low level experience.
