They were pretty straightforward, no curve balls. Going in honest was the best choice.
Tell me about a time when you had to make an unpopular decision. What happened, what did you do, how did your co-workers react, what was the outcome.
How would you handle a disgruntled customer?
The interviewer thought he knew my son, Larryl, from a former job I held, and proceeded down an odd line of questioning regarding parenting skills and how they would relate to my possible position in produce. The interview did not actually know Larryl.

Tell me about yourself
Who do you know in the industry that you can connect us with?
During the phone screening they wanted to know my interests, what high school I went to and what extracurricular activities I partook in as well as college. They basically just went over the same questions the online application asked. I was also asked what customer service meant to me. For the in person interview, I was asked where I was going to school, what I was studying and how long I planned on staying. (If you're going to be going to a school nearby so that you'll be able to stay longer is a big bonus!!) We discussed how much I thought I was going to get paid, the best customer experience I've gotten in a grocery store, the best service I've given, how I would handle an angry customer, would I be able to do work that is not in my department, and what my best quality is. Along with during my previous work experience, I was asked what my tasks were at my other job and whether I enjoyed it, what my boss would say about me if they were to call, why I liked working there, why I had to leave and if there was a time I got involved in any drama, how did I resolve it and did I still keep in touch with that person. It's best to practice these questions before you go in so you don't have to sit and think for a little, doing that helped me a ton! I was really nervous but it was the opposite of what I expected. They can help you decide what department to go into if the one of your choices isn't available and if you decide you don't like the department you're put in, they can switch you over to a different one. Just remember to smile a lot and be really friendly because that is what they're looking for the most!!
