Q: Past companies worked for and why you left. Q: How do you go about researching? Q: What do you do when something goes wrong? Q: What would you do differently in your next role? Q: People who liked and didn't like you; what would they say about you. Q: Describe a time a project went horribly wrong. Q: Time you felt for or against a decision at work. Q: Based on your experience, how do you enable project management to effectively partner with product and engineering teams? What are the important factors to consider and how have you been successful in building these relationships? Q: How would you design a system for tracking team velocity and quality? What metrics would you use, how would you expose those metrics to executive leadership and at what cadence? Think about what data is useful versus what is non-actionable or unnecessary.
