1. Tell me a time when the delivery deadline time is moved and how did you handle it? 2. Have you done any massive platform rearchitecture? 3. How do you know which problem is right problem to solve ? 4. How do you collect requirements from a bank and when will you involve engineers ? 5. How would you attack the period where you dont have enough data - what told you that the feature they are building isn’t going to solve the customer problem.? 6. How did you manage communication of any bigger program of work you handled ?
