There were no unexpected questions. The most difficult question presented for this particular position was a request for an in-depth explanation of experience with business transformation strategies. They also asked specifically about process improvement methodology.

Interview questions were very specific to the job description. Very few typical interview questions. Questions were mostly about experience in the field... of which I had very little.
