For a technical orientated position you are expected to know your way around electronics engineering and be able to answer lightning questions related to PCB design, configuration and components. The interview also includes a project management style challenge which includes normal situations in manufacturing as well as planning and risk analysis questions and scenarios. This is normal and it was a nice challenge.
