I didn't really get asked any questions. I was told on the phone interview that I would immediately interview next with the branch manager. The talent recruiter told me he would get in touch with manager but then he never followed up.
Basic interview questions. Tell me about yourself, what do you do at your current job, how have you most contributed in your current role, etc. All questions that were asked could have been answered by simply viewing my LinkedIn profile.
What would you like to be doing in your career in two years? Other than that, nothing out of the ordinary - they asked how I handled certain situations, how I stayed organized, etc.
