In a constantly shifting TA environment, as a coordinator how to you prioritize your workload?
Beware, junior employees are tasked with doing the job and a job is posted so they can learn by interviewing experienced candidates and pose what-if questions so they can get free consulting. Funny thing is if they reach out for informational interviews, I am would be happy to share but this is very sleazy. Very poor candidate experience!
