She kept asking about my current company's policies on certain aspects of recruiting coordination and why we don't change them. She actually asked three times why we didn't change a certain policy that I had explained resulted in great candidate feedback. I didn't feel that my current company's policies were very relevant to the Google interview.

We discussed my background, my experiences with past interviews and also hiring/onboarding experience, and mostly what I was looking for in the role and what skills and expertise I wanted to utilize and develop in my next role--which ultimately became Agora.
What are your thoughts on this position? A lot of why this, why that?
RPS had standard questions, the next screen didn't have any besides an "elevator pitch" of my career experience, and then confirming that I hired and managed my team/reports.
