I can't remember exactly but it was along the lines of "Why Tourlane?" or "Why choose to apply at Tourlane?"

How would I recruit new Council members? I suggested several methods but none seemed to be right. I took the question as a test of my creativity but perhaps I just overlooked an actual answer.
