The interview questions are all scenario questions. They are all behavior based questions. They want to see when you have encountered issues within your work history and how you came to a solution.
What is the biggest compliment you have received in your current role?
Basic questions. Seemed like the interviewer was gathering 'how to' information for himself versus actually interviewing against the requirements.
