1st - General questions about the previous experience, successful projects, daily basis responsibilities, goals, tasks that you loved to do and you can't stand for, etc. 2nd - More detailed but still general questions and more precise description of the role. SHL test - you could google it. Task - evaluation of some piece of the stats (without names, of course) and questions regarded to these stats. Also general questions about programmatic. Last interview - technical questions, calculations, questions about metrics and processes that could be related to tech support.
Questions were easy if you know your stuff. They put more value on customer service skills than technical skills. Focus on Port Forwarding questions and some questions about IP/Subnetting and getting to know how to get a new IP on a windows device and you'll be fine.
Technical based question from certain interviewers while other focused on culture and behavior. They also asked about salary expectations and why I picked Axis.
After getting introduced to the company and your role, you're asked to work on a study case. You're not expected to know everything from the beginning and you're being asked what training you would go for if/when you can go for one: this is a positive sign and shows there's room for to evolve and improve.
