Questions were easy if you know your stuff. They put more value on customer service skills than technical skills. Focus on Port Forwarding questions and some questions about IP/Subnetting and getting to know how to get a new IP on a windows device and you'll be fine.

Questions were easy if you know your stuff. They put more value on customer service skills than technical skills. Focus on Port Forwarding questions and some questions about IP/Subnetting and getting to know how to get a new IP on a windows device and you'll be fine.

After getting introduced to the company and your role, you're asked to work on a study case. You're not expected to know everything from the beginning and you're being asked what training you would go for if/when you can go for one: this is a positive sign and shows there's room for to evolve and improve.
