I had an interview with the department head and the Director. It was mostly a friendly chat. The position was part-time. I had a degree and was working on my master's in Information Sciences and needed experience. It was a win-win situation for both parties.
First phone call was easy. Just asked questions about my degree and discussed if I was ok with the work schedule and pay rate.
