HR asked whether I had a strong Technical Support background working with API calls in JSON, which I do—I’ve been working with JSON for approximately four years. Even with that experience, the assessment was still extremely difficult. The level of complexity felt disproportionate to the role and more reflective of a senior engineering position than a Technical Support or TAM role.
