Tell me what you liked/didn't like about your first job. Totally not a relevant question when it was 10yrs ago. Asked a lot of really borderline psychological behavioral questions that had nothing to do with the job. Really was an exhausting experience. *Twitter is reflective of our users, and that our workplace and the decisions we make about it are equally inclusive (via twitter). My interview panel were all the same race which was hardly diverse or inclusive to me.
Lots of questions around sourcing, best practices, fundamentals, etc.

You're opening a restaurant and have 30 days to do it. What's your business plan? (I get that this is a GCA question but the entire 30-45 minute interview consisted of this. I did not think this was relevant and I did not get to talk about sourcing strategies or sourcing strings)
