First the interviewer told that the interviewer is for MVC, inspite of WCF being mentioned as mandatory in the interview call letter . Then started with ASP.NET. Dispose and Finalize related which was asked deeply and couldn't convince the interviewer. I knew that I need to know more on this but still whatever partially correct thing I mentioned he wasn't impressed. Then asked about new features in 4.0 - This I didn't know and told some basic info about new features in 4.5 . He tried to dig deeper but I told that I haven't used. From this moment I understood that the guy is not a experienced interviewer. Then asked about fetching top 2 from a int type of an array. The person didn't know that System.Array class exists. I tried to give him the approach but he was hell bent on the syntax. Then he he asked about clustered and non-clustered index and a gave a query asking whether index seek /scan or what will happen. Gave him the correct answer which I cross checked but the interviewer wasn't knowledgeable enough and then he sent me back. Just a suggestion for a company like Bosch to teach their people how to take interview which is very important. Where the candidate should answer to the point and where having a fair idea should suffice. Also make it a point to never go into detail of something they themselves don't understand much.
